Aqualyx is a non-surgical fat dissolving injection treatment, which can be used as an alternative to liposuction. Description

– Aqualyx consists of phosphatidylcholine – a natural substance which, if administered in high doses, causes the destruction of fat cells. Developed by Dr. Motolese Aqualyx is a safe product, approved by Swissmedic for use in Switzerland, to chemically dissolve fat in targeted areas. – Aqualyx can be used on the face and body with great effect. For small areas such as the jowls and chin, a single session can dramatically reduce fat deposits and give the face a more youthful, defined contour. Application Protocol

The procedure consists of a series of injections, administered 3 weeks apart, whereby Aqualyx is injected into the targeted areas.

For very small fat masses, the results will already be visible after just one treatment.

Side effects

Minor side effects such as bruising, redness or slight swelling may occur. Nevertheless, these effects are short-lived and fade away after a few minutes up to 48 hours after the injection.

 

Important: Treatments with Aqualyx are only effective for small localized areas. In case of larger fat masses, Aqualyx cannot replace weight loss or a surgical procedure such as liposuction.
